Refund Policy

In the event a refund is requested, you have 7 days to request a refund from the time you received final product or service. We do not do refunds beyond 7 days of receiving final products/designs.

Design Ownership & Rights

All finalized designs provided by Fresh Logo Designs are done so on an emailed request of finalization by the client and upon finalization the client receives all the final core files of the logo and owns 100% of all rights of ownership to the said logo/design. Client shall own the final design provided by Fresh Logo Designs in all its entirety. All ownership rights of the said finalized design will belong to the client 100%. The Client is free to use the finalized design as they see fit. 

Communication Policy

All Feedback requests, revision requests, refund requests or any other instructions that pertain to an order need to be done through contacting us at contact@freshlogodesigns.com in order to be considered official. Fresh Logo Designs will not be responsible for any communication done otherwise or any phone numbers not provided by us or given on our official website. Emails sent back and forth through official emails that is “contact@freshlogodesigns.com“ are to be the only considered forms of valid communication. We are not responsible for any damages, issues or delays caused due to contacts made through means of communication not provided by us. We take full responsibility of all the information provided through our official domains.
